
Anthony (Tony) Johnson, MD
Dr. Johnson attended Arkansas State University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Arkansas at Medical Sciences for medical school. He completed his residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and is board certified in pediatrics. Dr. Johnson joined Arkansas Pediatric Clinic in 1983, and is a member of the AAP (where he serves as the District VII Vice Chair,) the AMA, Arkansas Medical Society, Pulaski County Medical Society, and the Central Arkansas Pediatric Society.
His areas of interest are children with special needs, ADHD, and clinical research. Dr. Johnson is on the Board of Directors for Arkansas Medical Camps, is the Vice Speaker of the House of Delegates for the Arkansas Medical Society, is a past President of the Arkansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and is also a past President of the Pulaski County Medical Society. Dr. Johnson is married to Denise and they have three children – Piper, Parker and Phoebe. In his free time, he enjoys boating and going to the lake.
